Returns and Exchange Policy (Effective from 24th October 2024)
Once you request to return or exchange a product, a pickup is organized for the item(s). Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return or exchange request has been received. The item is then brought back to our warehouse, where it is inspected by our quality control team. If the product passes the quality check, the necessary steps are taken to process the return or exchange. Please note that the return policy may vary depending on the product(s), collections, and ongoing promotions.
You have 15 days to return or exchange a product. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a credit note will be issued, while refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. Any issues with defective or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. A ₹99 pickup fee applies to returns and will be automatically deducted from the refund amount, while exchanges are free of charge. We will attempt to pick up the product twice; if unsuccessful, the customer must ship the product to our company address at their own expense. The return tag must be intact, and the product should be in its original condition. No refund will be initiated for items that are washed, worn, or damaged after shipping.

Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Credits issued to your registered account automatically expire after one year.
Returns are not accepted during the HAUL-iday Sale, but exchanges are available with a ₹99 pickup fee. To request an exchange, kindly contact our support team on WhatsApp during the mentioned support hours.
