Returns and Exchange Policy:

Once you request to return or exchange a product, a pick up is organized for the item(s). Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return/exchange request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, necessary steps are taken keeping in mind the following points.

1. Return and Exchange Period: You have 15 days to return or exchange your product 
2. Refunds: For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a credit note will be issued. For prepaid orders, a refund to the original payment method will be processed
3. Defective or Damaged Products: Any issues with defective or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
4. Pickup Charges: A ₹99 pickup fee applies to returns and will be automatically deducted from the refund amount for your order. Exchanges are free of charge
5. Number of Exchanges/Returns: Returns or exchanges can only be availed once.
6. Pickup Attempts: We will attempt to pick up the product twice. If unsuccessful, the customer will need to ship the order to our company address at their own expense
7. Return Condition: The return tag must be intact, and the product should be in the same condition as when it was shipped. No refund will be initiated if the product is washed, worn, or damaged after shipping
8. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if paid any, are non-refundable.

10. Order Cancellation: Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse

Credit Note: Credits in your registered account automatically expire after one year of issue

Returns are not accepted during the HAUL-iday Sale. Exchanges are available with a ₹99 pickup fee.
