Return & Exchange Policy

Once you request to return or exchange a product, a pickup is organized for the item(s). Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return/exchange request has been received. The item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, necessary steps are taken, keeping in mind the following points:

Please note that the return policy may vary based on product(s), collections, and ongoing promotions.

• Return and Exchange Period: You have 10 days to return or exchange your product.
• Returns/Exchanges: No returns on discounted or sale items. Exchanges for a different size or product are available with a ₹99 shipping fee, and customers will need to cover any price difference.
• Number of Exchanges/Returns: Returns or exchanges can only be availed once per order.
• Refunds:
  • COD Orders: A credit note will be issued.
  • Prepaid Orders: A refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Defective or Damaged Products: Any issues with defective or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Pickup Attempts: We will attempt two pickups. If unsuccessful, the customer will need to ship the product to our company address at their own expense.
• Return/Exchange Condition: The return tag must be intact, and the product should be in the same condition as when it was shipped. No refund will be initiated if the product is washed, worn, or damaged after shipping.
• Shipping Charges: Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

• Order Cancellation: Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Credit Note: Credits in your registered account automatically expire after six months of issue.
