Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. All requests are subject to product condition and eligibility.
Exchange Policy
- The first exchange per order is free.
- Subsequent exchanges on the same order will be charged a ₹99 shipping fee per item. (to be discussed w pragma)
- Exchanges are applicable for a change in size or style. Any price difference must be paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued in store credit.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. A ₹99 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the item passes quality check after reaching our warehouse.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial Payment orders will be refunded via credit note, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Products purchased on discount or during sale periods are not eligible for return.
Pickup Process
- Once your return or exchange is confirmed, our courier partner will attempt pickup within 3–4 working days.
- We offer up to two pickup attempts. If both are unsuccessful, the customer will be required to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Items that are found to be worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
