Returns & Exchange Policy
How are returns processed?
Once you request to return a product via email or phone, a pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.
We’re happy to exchange items on basis of Size and/or color, or return of the goods within 15 Days of purchase date, provided however they have not been cleaned, used and/or damaged and must be in a re-saleable condition, as deemed by us
A) Original invoice is required with the merchandise to be exchanged
B) No Cash Refund shall be given Only a credit note shall be issued with a validity of 30 days (from the date of issue of the credit note)
