Returns & Exchange

At Lovegen, we aim to ensure a seamless experience, from purchase to post-delivery support. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and exchanges work.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. All requests are subject to product condition and eligibility.

All Accessories including socks, briefs, caps etc. are not eligible for returns or exchange, due to hygiene reasons.

DR x Lovegen orders are not eligible for returns and exchange

Exchange Policy

  • The first exchange per order is free.
  • Subsequent exchanges on the same order will be charged a ₹99 shipping fee per item.
  • Exchanges are available for a change in size or style. Any additional cost for the new item will be covered by the customer, and any leftover balance will be sent to you as store credit.
  • Please note that once an order has been exchanged, it can only be returned for a credit note.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. A ₹99 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item passes quality check after reaching our warehouse.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial Payment orders will be refunded via credit note, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Products purchased on discount or during sale periods (Black Friday 2025) are not eligible for return. Only exchanges are allowed.

Pickup Process

  • Once your return or exchange is confirmed, our courier partner will attempt pickup within 3–4 working days.
  • We offer up to two pickup attempts. If both are unsuccessful, the customer will be required to self-ship the item to our warehouse.

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@lovegen.com within this window. Once the 24-hour period has passed, the order enters our fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy once the item arrives.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • Items that are found to be worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
