Ordering:

• i) When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to www.lovegen.com for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.
• ii) Your contract for purchases made through www.lovegen.com is with Noize Brands & Lifestyle Limited and you confirm that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
• iii) All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Love Gen.
• iv) The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers, vouchers, and codes may not be used on sale products, or in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• v) By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to Noize Brands & Lifestyle Limited to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your payment will be debited to the Net Banking/Debit/Credit card used.
• vi) You certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product/s you have ordered.
• vii) Where a Gift Card / E-Voucher has been used as payment, the balance will be debited at the point of order placement.
• viii) If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, then attempt to fulfill your order from the store and confirm details of any cancellation made where fulfillment has not been possible.

Delivery:

Delivery Timelines are as follows:
• Metro cities: 2–5 working days
• Rest of India: 4–7 working days
• Orders are shipped from: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

• All delivery timeframes stated are estimated and may be subject to change. While we try our best to dispatch products promptly, in unusual circumstances, delivery may take up to 15 days approx. as per local guidelines.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition or the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery and write to us at customercare@lovegen.com mentioning your order reference number. We will make our best efforts to arrange a replacement at the earliest.
• For any divergence or discrepancy in order delivery, please contact Customer Care at +91 9220607241 (Monday–Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM) or email customercare@lovegen.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
• All items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
