Fabric care rules
Here are a few guidelines to help you care for your new purchase. Pre-wash any washable natural fibers that you will be washing in the future, as some shrinkage may happen. We recommend pre-washing in the same way you intend to wash your future fabric creation including drying.
Wash light and bright colors separately, as some colors may run in their first few washes. Please note, these care tips are guidelines only and variations will apply to some fabrics. Extra care should be taken when washing high contrast prints with highly saturated pigments like red, black and navy on a light-colored cloths. These prints can be prone to color bleed and should be cold washed, and dried without delay.
Special washing instructions will apply to some fabrics such as satins, sequined, beaded, coated or foiled fabrics as well as specialty weights/styles and delicate items. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please follow the care & prewash guidelines as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly.
Returns & Exchanges
Once you request to return or exchange a product, a pick up is organized for the
item(s). Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business
days after your return/exchange request has been received. This item is then
brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team.
Once the product passes the quality control, necessary steps are taken keeping
in mind the following points.

Return and Exchange Period:
You have 10 days to return or exchange your product
Returns/Exchanges: No Returns
on discounted or sale items. Exchanges for a different size or product are
available with a ₹99 shipping fee. Customers will need to cover any price
difference

or exchanges can only be availed once
Refunds: For
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a credit note will be issued. For prepaid
orders, a refund to the original payment method will be processed
Defective or Damaged Products:
Any issues with defective or damaged products must be reported within 24
hours of delivery
Pickup Attempts: We will
attempt to pick up the product twice. If unsuccessful, the customer will
need to ship the order to our company address at their own expense
Return/Exchange Condition:
The return tag must be intact, and the product should be in the same
condition as when it was shipped. No refund will be initiated if the
product is washed, worn, or damaged after shipping
Shipping Charges: Shipping
charges, if paid any, are non-refundable.

Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used on sale products, or in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. v) By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to SPM Brands Fashion Limited to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your payment will be debited to the Net Banking/Debit / Credit card used.
vi) You certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product/s you have ordered.
vii) Where a Gift Card / E-Vouchers has been used as payment, the balance will be debited at the point of order placement.
viii) If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, then attempt to fulfil your order from the store and confirm details of any cancellation made where fulfilment has not been possible.

Delivery
All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change. While we will try our best to dispatch products as soon as possible however in unusual circumstances the delivery of the products may take up to 15 days approx as per local guidelines.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package, and & write to us at customercare@lovegen.commentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
For any divergence or discrepancy in order delivery, we request you to call our Customer Care +919136314530 (10:00 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday) or write to us at customercare@lovegen.com within 2 days from the date of receipt of delivery, failing to do so, the claim shall not be accepted.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
